St. Patrick's Day in London

London goes all green for St Patrick's Day
St. Patrick's Day is celebrated by the Irish and Irish at Heart in big cities and small towns across the world with parades, "wearing of the green," music, songs, dance and some communities even go so far as to dye rivers or streams green! This year we invite to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in London.

This year the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations start on the 13th March and finish on the 17th March. The biggest St Patricks Day event taking place over the festival is the parade, which will take place on Sunday 13th March. Featuring marching bands and representatives each of the 32 counties across Ireland, the London parade is scheduled to start at 12pm, Sunday 13th March 2011 at Green Park and end at Trafalgar Square. The celebrations will continue on Trafalgar Square where a various array of events will take place for all ages including live music, dancing, storytelling and comedy
